Atlantic Mariculture Dulse is a nutritious sundried red sea lettuce, harvested from the Dark Harbour shoreline of Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick, Canada. Beloved in New England, Atlantic Canada, Iceland and Northern Europe. Known fondly as the "Bacon of the Sea," whole leaf dulse is a sustainably harvested Superfood used in stews, soups, with vegetables  or straight out of the bag as a salty, bacon-like flavoured snack.
