Thank you for shopping with VeganEh.ca! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on shipping zones, delivery timelines, and how rates are calculated.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

🇨🇦 Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada via Canada Post, UPS and Purolator. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–7 business days
  • Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 3–7 business days

How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

Shipping rates for Canadian orders are carrier-calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. Rates are provided directly by Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, so you'll always see accurate, up-to-date pricing before you complete your purchase.

For US and international orders fulfilled through Shopify Collective, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the Canada Post, UPS or Purolator website using your tracking number.
